How to request deletion of your data
If you’d like us to delete the personal information we hold about you — for example, if you signed up for a free guide or contacted us — email us at info@g2h.dk with the subject line “Data Deletion Request,” and include the email address you used so we can locate your information.

What information is deleted
Upon a verified request, we will delete the personal information we hold about you in MailerLite (our email service provider) — your email address, name if provided, and signup/engagement history — along with any record of comments or live chat messages associated with you.
Expected response time
We aim to acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, as required under applicable data protection law (including the GDPR).
Legal exceptions
We may retain limited information where required by law — for example, records needed to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements — even after a deletion request. Where this applies, we’ll let you know what’s retained and why.
Confirmation process
Once your request has been processed, we’ll send a confirmation email to the address you contacted us from, letting you know deletion is complete (or explaining anything we were legally required to retain).
