Your Wellbeing, Your Way

Paper and digital wellbeing tracking

Your wellbeing, your way.

  • Prefer paper?
  • Prefer digital?
  • Or use both together.

The Menopause Balance Tracker and the G2H Women Wellbeing Companion aren’t two versions of the same thing. They do different jobs and complement each other. Choose the one that fits how you like to keep track, or use both.

Paper, digital, or both

There’s no right answer here. It comes down to how you like to keep track.

Use the 12-week paper journal for deeper reflection, handwritten notes, weekly reviews, and the thoughts or context that don’t always fit into a quick daily check-in.

Paper + Digital

Use them together

Use the app for quick everyday tracking and the journal when you want more space to reflect.

Each works independently. Together, they offer two different ways to understand your wellbeing over time.

  • Everyday check-ins in the app
  • Weekly and four-week reflection on paper

Guide to Harmony
Using both

A simple rhythm, if you’d like one

You don’t have to follow this. It’s just one calm way to let each format do what it’s good at.

Every day

A quick check-in

Log sleep, mood, energy and anything you noticed in the Companion. It takes a few moments.

Each week

Time to reflect

Sit down with the journal. Look back over the week, write down context, and notice what stood out.

Before an appointment

Bring your observations

Your app history and your handwritten notes together can help you describe your experience clearly.

The digital companion

Being prepared

Your tracker benefits are on their way

Tracker-owner benefits are being prepared alongside the Companion. When they’re ready, the details and how to use them will appear right here.

This is the same page the QR code in your tracker opens, so you can come back to it any time. In the meantime, your journal works fully on its own.

What tracking can and can’t do

The journal and the Companion help you notice patterns and describe your own experience. They don’t diagnose or treat anything, and they can’t prove what caused a symptom. They can help you prepare useful observations for a conversation with your doctor or another healthcare professional.
